New pen pals

Given the success of the previous exchange of letters between the pupils of a fifth class of the Montagnola school in Florence and some children at Busajo Campus, the Global Friends Association proposed to us to replicate, this time involving the young students of a fourth class of the same school and the children attending the House of Hope in Madagascar. At the end of December the letters from the Italian students, with the related translations, were delivered to the Malagasy children, who in return prepared their responses and many beautiful drawings, which were given to the Florentine children in early March 2024. Receiving a real handwritten letter is truly exciting and the little writers had the opportunity to talk about themselves and meet peers, who live in another and very different country in the world.
