VOCATIONAL TRAINING

At Busajo Campus, teenage boys and girls build their future through professional training in our workshops. Here, they learn trades, acquire technical skills, and develop the confidence to reintegrate themselves into society as independent individuals and active figures of change. The ultimate goal is to permanently remove them from marginalization and offer them a better life prospect.

In addition to training, they participate in informal education activities and basic literacy courses, which are essential for personal growth and for confidently approaching the world of work.

At the end of the program, they are supported in finding an internship, a job, or starting a small artisanal business, so they can become autonomous, competent, and a valuable resource for their community.
